Shipping and Delivery

Shipping will take place 3-5 business days from the date of purchase. All shipments are insured, and the buyer is responsible for handling claims with the shipping carrier. Please monitor our site for updates on our shipping policies. Wonderkid ships with DHL or POSTNL (tracking number included). All orders are shipped with an official invoice detailing the exact total of merchandise.

Lost & Missing Items

Wonderkid is not responsible for any lost, missing, or damaged items. Once the purchased item is shipped, responsibility for the item lies with the carrier. If an item is lost or damaged during shipment, the buyer should immediately contact the shipping carrier to file a claim and inform Wonderkid for further assistance if needed.

Shipping Fee

Shipping within the Netherlands is free for orders over €50. The shipping fee within the EU, excluding the Netherlands & Belgium, is €10,50. Please note that Wonderkid is not liable for any customs or import duties incurred on orders. These charges are determined by the destination country’s customs authorities and are beyond our control.
